To understand where you currently are in your business, please read below to understand the four 'P's' that I believe are required for any successful business.
Choose which number from 1-3 in each 'P' reflects your current position. Be truthful with yourself, however hard it may be.
1. Oozing with passion in your business, there is enjoyment and you are fulfilled.
2. Passion has waned somewhat, the burden of running a business is beginning to take its toll.
3. It has evaporated completely, there is no passion anymore.
1. You have full clarity on your where you are heading and you know the road you are on. Your systems and processes are efficient and your team, support partners and suppliers are all behind you.
2. You are unsure of your purpose and where you are heading, the road forward has become unclear.
3. You feel you have no purpose, the road forward is blocked and you do not feel in control of your business (and its okay to feel this, we all do at times in our professional lives.)
1. You are clear on the people around you and the value they provide, whether it be your team, customers, support partners and suppliers. They are all adding to your success.
2. You are unsure if some of the people around you are serving you well. Perhaps team members do not appear to be on your side, maybe some of your customers are not the right fit or your support partners or suppliers are not providing the support you require or deserve for which you are paying for.
3. You believe that everyone around you does not have you and your business interests at heart, they are not supportive and you feel lonely, vulnerable and stress is taking its toll on you.
1. Your business makes good profits, finances are healthy and so too are your rewards.
2. There is profit, but it is not where you would like it to be, it may of slipped, finances may be under some strain and the rewards for all your efforts do not feel adequate.
3. There is very little or no profit, you cannot seem to be able to make money, finances look perilous and the business as a whole is under strain.
If number 1's above predominately match where you and your business currently are, firstly, well done!
But I am intrigued as why you have landed on this site and page?
You maybe (and probably are) savvy enough to have established that having a business mentor/sounding board will assist you in remaining at this level.
And if so, it would be good to meet and discuss your current success and how that can be elevated even more.
If the number 2's are a nearer match then it becomes more and more important as time goes by to make these number 1's.
Otherwise you may very well commence slipping into the 3`s and ideally, you don’t want that!
So now is the time to reach out for support, feel fresh, alive and in control of your business.
Looking at all aspects of your business with `fresh eyes`, understanding if your business is correctly placed in your market sector, gaining the most from your team and support partners, addressing your `shop window` (is your website up to date), your pricing structure correct.
Small changes can make a big difference. Let's start to make those changes now and reap the rewards you so deserve.
If unfortunately, at this current time, the 3`s are a closer match to where you and/or your business are, then you really do need to be seeking advice and assistance.
Businesses can be `turned around`, however, it requires fresh thinking, clarity, re-affirming or creating new systems and processes, and possibly some difficult decisions to be made.
It's time to turn your life and business around or in some circumstances possibly walk away to pastures new.
I can help you in making the right decisions, lifting the 'fog', with the feeling of helplessness and to get your professional life and business back on track.
Go to my contact page now, and let's commence on how I can assist you.
